High energy muscle builder Smoothie
- Frozen Peaches
- Water and ice
- 40 grams protein chocolate protein powder
- Flax Seeds
- Organic raw spinach – a whole bunch
Mix in a high speed blender. I use a Health Master that basically pulverizes everything you put in it.

Post workout Nutrition

Here is one of my favorite post workout drinks. I use a high speed Health Master Blender.
- Parrillo Pro Carb – 1 scoop Chocolate
- Solgar Whey Protein – 2 sccops Chocolate
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- L-Glutamine Powder – 1 tbsp
- Water and ice to texture
This drink will restore depleted glycogen (carbs) with the matlidextrin from Pro Carb and simple sugars from the berries and provide 40 grams protein for quick recovery

Vegan Pizza Recipe

I got the crust at Whole Foods; Rustic Crust is the brand – Italian Herb flavor. I bought the Personal Pizza size; 2 in a pack.
Preheat over for 450…
Brush the crust lightly with olive oil.
Brushed crust with Roasted Red Pepper pasta sauce; amount to your liking.
Chopped some roasted red peppers; maybe 1/2 cup.
and some Roasted Zucchini I had on hand. It was about 4 slices
Then topped with the DAIYA Italian style Vegan Cheese
Reduce heat to 425 and place in middle of oven rack and / or a pizza pan. For about 12 minutes..

Fast, easy, and delicious breakfast
Posted by: | CommentsNot much time today so I had to blend something quickly today that fit into my cleanse. So far everything is going well however I do need to get more fresh raw vegetables and fruit in the diet, always an issue with me. I like starch and proteins, so i need to keep working on it. I have backed almost entirely off of the meats this week and using Rice Protein and Amys Organic frozen meals. More on this later.
Anyway here is the recipe:
- 3 heaping TBSP vanilla rice protein
- 1 scoop Green Vibrance
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup fresh pinapple
- 1 cup fresh peaches
