Homemade RAW ORGANIC Protein Bars

I just came up with this recipe tonight after picking up some similar bars at the store. I think these are so much better, have more protein, and save you about $10,000 dollars:)

  • 8 oz dates
  • 8 oz raw cashews or Almonds
  • 2 scoops Sunwarrior Protein-Vanilla (raw vegan rice protein)
  • 2 tbsp Macca – (optional)
  • 1 tbsp mesquite powder (optional)
  • small amount of water

Chop dates and nuts in food processor and chop until chunky.
Place the mixture in a large bowl.
Add Sunwarrior Protein and other powders.
Add small amounts of water as you mix with a large spoon.
Keep adding water in small amounts until all powders are mixed with the dates and nuts and it forms a think dough

Place the mixtures on a cutting board about 1/2-3/4″ thick
Cut into pieces of any size you like. I make mine the size of a large protein bar. About 7-9 bars per mixture
Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 6-8 hrs depending on how you like them

Melon and E3Live Mint Smoothie

  • 1 cup diced cantaloupe
  • 1 cup diced honeydew melon
  • 1 cup diced seedless watermelon
  • 1/2 cup of young coconut water (optional)
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 1 tsp agave syrup (optional)
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1-3 tbs E3Live Mint

Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.

Enjoy!
